Is there something you have been procrastinating?
INTRODUCING...
Focus Week
Five days to stop postponing and start DOING.
One mission (you choose what it is), five live days of support on Zoom, and a room full of sisters doing their own work beside you.
Enrollment closes Sunday, October 18 at midnight Pacific.
You keep your word to everyone else.
You know the folder on your desktop. It might hold the course you bought two springs ago, or the podcast you've outlined in your Notes app three different times. Maybe it's the About page that has been almost done since March.
You show up for your clients, your kids, your partner, and the group text. When you make a promise to someone else, you keep it.
The promises you make to yourself are the ones that slide.
It makes sense that they do. Life has been lifing. And the moment something really matters, the inner critic gets loud. Who am I to want this? Does this even matter? Isn't it a little late to TRY?
So the idea goes back in the folder. But it keeps knocking... because your desire is trying to tell you something.
It simply hasn't been time for it yet. You get to decide that this week is its time. And you can leave the guilt at the door, because guilt has never made anyone's work better.
Here's the week.
Every session opens in the body with a short regulation practice. A settled nervous system follows through far more easily than a braced one.

What Focus Week is for.
What we give you
Time, company, and follow-through. Protected hours, a room of sisters, coaching when you get stuck, and a finish line you can actually reach.
What you bring
A mission you already know how to do. For the how-to, you have Google, YouTube, and AI. Bring the fear and the stuck places to us.
When you have a great idea, we amplify it.
In the room, every idea gets a "yes, and." Sisters build on your energy until your idea is bigger and brighter than when you first said it out loud.
Pick your focus.

Hi, I'm Isabelle.
I'm the founder of The Sistering and host of 🎙️ The Isabelle Bridges Show. I hold space for capable women to choose themselves and their dreams.
I've learned that follow-through starts in the body and grows in good company. That's why Focus Week begins with regulation every day, and why you'll never be doing the work alone.
With love, Isabelle
Is Focus Week for you?
You'll love Focus Week if
- You keep your word to others, and you'd love proof you keep it to yourself.
- One item on your someday list keeps tugging at your sleeve.
- You do your best work with company in the room.
- You want accountability that feels light and kind.
Wait for the next one if
- You're hoping to learn a brand new skill from scratch this week.
- You'd rather work entirely on your own.
- This week already holds more than it can carry.
Your questions.
Tap a question to open it.
How much time do I need?
Twenty minutes counts. You'll decide how many hours you can hold sacred, and there's no right number. Pick a mission that fits the week you really have.
Can I work on more than one project?
Choose one. One mission gets your full attention, and finishing it builds the trust in yourself that carries into the next one.
I've bought programs and never finished them.
Most programs hand you more to learn. Focus Week asks you to finish one thing you already know how to do, sized to your real week. Your mission uses the words "at least," so success has a clear line you can reach.
What if I miss a session?
The kickoff and the coaching call have replays. The co-working room belongs to the sisters all week, so you can post in Skool and host an extra session at a time that works for you.
Are the sessions recorded?
The kickoff and the Wednesday coaching are recorded. Co-working is never recorded, so what a sister shares in the room stays in the room.
Do I have to be on camera?
If your camera is off, I'll assume you're listening in and I won't call on you. If it's on, I may invite you into the conversation, and you can always say pass.
When does enrollment close?
Sunday, October 18 at midnight Pacific.
Your someday list has waited long enough.
Next week can look like this one, with the folder still waiting. Or you can spend it with sisters beside you and finish one thing you've been carrying for months.
$99 for all five days. Enrollment closes Sunday, October 18 at midnight Pacific.
